Brett M. Burge is the founder of Burge Investment Group LLC, where he has spent over 20 years investing in and managing a wide-ranging portfolio of real estate assets across the Midwest. Throughout his career, he has overseen the acquisition, ownership, development, and operation of more than 1,000 multifamily units and single-family homes, as well as an extensive mix of commercial investment properties including retail centers, medical offices, professional office buildings, warehouse spaces, and agricultural farm land. 

In addition to his work in multifamily, residential, and commercial real estate, Brett has also invested in the hospitality sector, with past holdings that include both traditional and extended stay hotels. This diversification has allowed him to build a resilient and balanced portfolio while navigating the evolving dynamics of the real estate market.

He is a licensed real estate professional in Missouri and Kansas, affiliated with Zuvers Real Estate Services, and is currently pursuing the CCIM designation to further enhance his capabilities as an investor and advisor. Brett also holds an ownership in Bison State Bank, where he contributes to commercial and residential lending strategy strengthening the bridge between private capital and real estate finance.

Outside of business, Brett is a devoted husband and father of two. He enjoys spending time on his family’s farms, hunting in the fall, and making the most of summer weekends at the Lake of the Ozarks—a lifestyle that keeps him connected to the region he serves and fuels his drive to build something lasting.
